When I took a walk the other day with my daughter around our neighborhood, I found a broken little birdhouse in front of our building. Here it is ....

I am sorry to correct your comment on my entry. That was not an EGG but an archaeological finding, naturally broken by the passing of the years, but originally it had been used for the storage of grains.

My thought would be that birds don't care for the state of repair, as long as they can nest. I wonder if it is still used? Great shot :-))
