For editing my pictures, I'm still using Picasa2. This picture was taken on a street art festival. I chose this picture because I love her art work (she's a street painter). It was beautiful, but I don't know if she won the festival or not. I took the picture with Samsung Digimax.

So, I converted the picture into black and white version, and this is the result :

I was inspired by Gary's entry to use the focal black and white tools in Picasa2, and I think this one was a perfect picture to be converted.

These are the steps :

1. Go to "effect" tools and choose sharpen.
2. Then converted to black and white.
3. Choose Focal B&W because I want the painting on this picture still has color.
4. Adjust the color and sharpness of the focal black and white
5. Then to softened the picture, I used soft focus tools.
6. click apply and save.
